How do I book a journey?
In terms of booking, its simple: register your interest for a journey and our reservations team can take you through the process. Determine your departure dates, how many people in your group and we will do the rest. We will send you a booking form to complete with a deposit invoice, which will secure the vessel. After which our seasoned captain and experienced crew will go to work to create a highly curated ocean journey for you. You will automatically become part of the Ocean Explorers Club which then allows you to join other member journeys and equally captures your journey details and where you have sailed. If you are a luxury concierge group or leading travel designer that belongs to Traveller Made, This is Beyond or Pure, you will be able to book Member Journeys by contacting us directly on email@example.com
What do I need to bring with me?
Like any highly curated ocean journey, we have everything covered. Please pack lightly with summer, active wear. We have all the equipment you need for scuba, diving, paddle-boarding and the like. If you are packing suntan cream, please use reef-friendly options; although we also have this on board with us. Please note we try and reduce plastic usage on the vessels and as such water bottles will be allocated per guest.
What is included/excluded?
The concept of Meridian Adventure Sail is to simplify ocean journeys so that everything is done for you. Everything allows you to book with confidence that we will handle all the small details, from start to finish. All accommodation, crew, mooring fees, food, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, guided activities, fuel and watersports are included in the daily consumption rate to use our vessels.
Can I bring my chef?
Many affluent clients prefer to bring their chef with them, please let us know if this is required. We will need a specific buying list 2 weeks in advance should you wish to bring your own chef.
Will I be picked up at the airport?
There is an airport in Izmir, where you will be personally transported to the vessels.
